MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Four-year degree, preferably in Social Work, Education, Family Support, Psychology or Counseling.
Knowledge of correct grammar, spelling and English usage.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with students, parents, staff and the general public.
Desired effective characteristics include: flexibility, enthusiasm, willingness to develop relationships and willingness to learn new skills.
Experience working with families with low socio-economic status.
Computer/data entry skills
LICENSES/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
May be required to complete training in First Aid and CPR if required by the District.
FBI and Washington State Patrol background clearance required.
